How it started...

SofricoVA started when one too many friends told us, "you have to start selling this stuff!" We often gifted the sofrito and salsa, but started to think about a business when we couldn't keep up with the off-hand demands of friends and family.

In fall of 2022, SoFricoVA was born. We are a small, family-owned business out of Colonial Heights, Virginia. Edgardo is the master chef behind the operation and Molli is on the technical side of the house. Marielle and Benicio are the tasters.
